Affordable Coverage
Our low-cost protection ensures that you don’t have to break the bank to protect your investments. Experience comprehensive coverage without the hefty price tag. Cover any items purchased directly from us for an additional 3-12 months* for extra piece of mind. You’ll be charged a small payment at checkout to purchase this cover.

We cover you for 90 days for our Jewellery, Accessories, Clothing & Non-electrical items.
We cover you for 12 months for all our plug in electrical items. Please note that some of our higher range of lighting will be covered for 24 months as part of our plan, these will be clearly displayed on the listing of the product directly.
We allow 1 claim per item for your coverage period of cover. However, we will consider further claims which will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
Shipping Assurance
Enjoy worry-free shipping with our shipping protection feature. In the event of lost, damaged, or delayed shipments, we provide compensation, allowing you to shop confidently. We’ll reimburse your delivery charges paid if your order is delayed by more than 14 working days (from the times stated within the relevant section of our store)
For any lost or stolen items during transit and if they are no longer being tracked by our delivery partners, we’ll automatically replace the item(s) at no additional cost.

Our Protection Plan Covers You For The Following:

*Cracked and smashed items are covered only if they occur while goods are in transit to your address.
**Delayed shipping allows you a refund of your delivery charges paid in form of store credit which can be used to make either a full or part purchase for any item(s) on our store, providing your order is delayed by 14 days or more from the date shown on our website. If no delivery charges have been paid we’ll compensate you based on your order value the minimum amount will be £5/$5/€5 and a maximum value of £15/$15/€15.
*We provide you with technical support to help diagnose and fix any issues you’re facing with your products, we may need to liaise with third parties such as the products factory to help identify and seek a solution which might end up in us being able to fix the problem and/or providing you with a replacement item.
To make a claim
To make a claim, please contact us with any relevant evidence, such as photos or videos, so we can assess your claim. Once your claim is assessed, we will issue you a replacement item(s) as a like-for-like replacement. If your claim relates to our delayed shipping we’ll issue you credit as part of this agreement.
Monetary Refunds: Please note that we do not provide monetary refunds for any claims. We will ensure that the item is either replaced or repaired, depending on the circumstances.

EXCLUSIONS FOR ALL PRODUCTS
While we aim to provide comprehensive coverage, certain exclusions apply:
1. Rusting / Discolouration:
- Items that have been submerged in water, or those subjected to showering or bathing, will not be covered.
2. Mechanical Breakdown:
- Any deliberate or malicious damage to the item(s) is excluded from coverage. However, we review such cases on a case-by-case basis where possible.
3. Electrical Failures:
- Any alterations, modifications, or changes to the electrical components, including incorrect usage (e.g., wrong bulb strength, power wattage, and fuse misuse), are not covered.
4. Incorrect Usage/Care Instructions:
- Any incorrect care taken for your item, including washing, cleaning, drying, moving or storing (which is also applicable to all clothing-related items), will void the warranty.
5. Fraudulent Claims:
- Any claim that we believe to be fraudulent, malicious, or classified as misuse will not be accepted.
6. General Wear & Tear:
- Any claim that is due to any defects and/or scratches, peeling, or visual damages that’s been caused overtime through usual use will not be accepted.
7. Accidental damages:
- If you damage the item accidentally which then renders it as unusable or unsuitable for its purpose this wouldn’t be covered as standard.
8. Reusable / disposable parts

In the unlikely event where a product is no longer being produced, and/or supported by the original manufacturer or if we have no remaining stock available and we’re unable to find a suitable replacement as part of a valid claim, we’ll try and contact the manufacturer and/or source a replacement directly where applicable to advise of any next steps to help you. If we cannot reach a resolution or a replacement or if they are uncontactable we’ll refund you a pro rata refund of your cover, providing no claims have been used prior using the following calculation: Plan cost / plan duration x months left of plan.
An example of a refund would look like the following, please note these figures are used as a guideline only:
If you took out our cover for an electrical item for 12 months, and had 5 months left on plan based on a figure of £72 which you’d purchased for your plan you’d receive a refund of £30. The formula we use to work out any refunds are as follows:
£72 (upfront plan) / 12 months = £6/month, x months left on cover (5 months) = £30.
We don’t charge any additional fees as we believe this is the fair thing to do as part of our values of our business and ethics. If you have less than 30 days cover left, we’ll pro rata your refund based on the number of days remaining as opposed to months remaining. If you’ve already claimed successfully beforehand no refund will be due. Any refunds processed will be available in a gift card balance to use on our store, we’ll add this credit the same day.
Sometimes we may need to contact the manufacturer directly relating to a claim, if this is the case we’ll advise you of the next steps to allow your item to be replaced.
